Applications submitted within the quotas announced by our university were distributed to the relevant faculties, and the applications received by each faculty were evaluated internally.
For student applications, the department/program details specified in the announcement and the eligibility requirements stated in the regulations were assessed, and the final ranking was determined based on grade point averages.
For faculty member applications, priority was given to applicants who had not previously participated in mobility activities at any of the countries/universities included in the Orhun Exchange Program. Subsequently, rankings within the faculties were determined on the basis of the applicants’ publication records.
In the event that a faculty member who has earned the right to participate in the mobility program from the relevant faculty withdraws or is unable to participate, the opportunity will be granted to the next reserve faculty member from the same faculty, according to the order indicated in the table.
For faculty members benefiting from the mobility program, only transportation expenses/airfare costs related to travel to the relevant country/university will be covered.
The table prepared herein does not constitute the final results of the mobility process. The final decision will be determined following the evaluations to be conducted by the host universities in accordance with their own quotas.
